Sir Salimullah Medical College wad Mitford Hospital has arranged a surgery workshop for Ear, Nose and Throat patients in the hospital’s ENT department free of cost.
“The five days surgery will begin from January 26 to free the poor and distressed in particular from the stings of deformed body. The patients, who have problems of curved nose and ears, spilt lips and throats may contact with our ENT department,” Dr. Mohammad Rafiul Alam, Registered of the ENT Department of the hospital, told The New Nation on Thursday.
Apart from these, nose polyps, nose tumors,
pituitary tumors, ear tumors and throat cancer operations also will be conducted through endoscopy. All of these surgeries will be free of cost.
Hospital sources said, few foreign ENT specialists will join the programme and in the surgery.
The patients have been asked to contact with the department by January 20.
