Four teams are sharing lead in the points table with maximum six match points after the 3rd round games in the CJKS-Kwality Ice Cream Inter School’s Team Chess tournament now being held at Gymnasium at MA Aziz Stadium in Chittagong.
The four teams are – Bangladesh Mohila Samity Girls School A, Presidency School & College A, St. Placids School & College King and Cantonment School & College Rook.
Meanwhile, in the day’s third round matches held on Tuesday, Mohila Samity School beat Sanowara Islam Boy’s High School Green by 3-1 game points, St. Placid’s School & College beat Cantonment School & College Queen by 3-1 game points, Cantonment School & College Rook beat Shershah Colony D.
Mazharul Islam School Queen by 3-1 game points, Presidency School & College beat St. Placid’s School & College Queen by 3.5-0.5 game points, Bon Gabeshonagar High School drew with Shershah Colony Dr. Mazharul Islam School King by 2-2 game points and BN School & College B drew with Al Zaber
Institute by 2-2 game points.
The 4th round games will be held today (Wednesday) at 10.30 am at the same venue.
