At least four dead bodies were recovered from three districts of the country on Saturday.
In Narayanganj, Police recovered at least two unidentified bodies of a man and a woman from separate spots of the district on Saturday.
At Fatullah, an unidentified woman, bearing marks of beating and a leg twisted, was found dead in front of Rouf Tower of the city on Saturday morning, Fazlul Haque, Sub-Inspector of Fatullah Model Police Station said.
The woman was believed to have been thrown from the 7th floor of an under-construction building, SI added.
Meanwhile, at Sonargaon, a slit-throat body of an unidentified youth was recovered from Kaikkartek Kafurdi of Sonargaon upazila, Monirujjaman, Officer-in-Charge of Sonargaon Police Station, told the media.
Body was sent to Narayanganj Sadar Hospital for autopsy, the OC added.
In Gazipur, Police recovered a body of a School teacher from a destitute house in the Bagiya area within the city corporation on Saturday morning.
The deceased was identified as Mamtaj Begum,52, wife of one Aurangazeb Khan and teacher of East Nakhalpara Holy Model School of the capital city.
Emdad Hossain, Officer in-Charge (OC) of Konabari Police Station confirmed the matter to media that the body was sent to District Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
In Ashulia, Police recovered the hanging body of a woman in Charabagh area of Ashulia, Savar, on the outskirts of the capital city Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Molina, 23, daughter of one Saidul Islam in Chatmohar upazila of Pabna.
She recently resigned her job of an apparel factory.
Ashulia Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Sazzadul Islam told that she might have committed suicide. The body has been sent to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital for an autopsy.
