Founder member of IIUC and Trustee Board Member Mowlana Muminul Hoque Chowdhury passed away on Saturday morning. He was 90 years old.1st Namaj-e- Janaza was held at the premises of International Medical College at Samser Para in Chattogram City.
His 2nd Namaj-e Janaza was held at the permanent Campus of IIUC in Kumira . Trustee board Members, teachers , students, officers and staff of IIUC also participate in the Janaza .
Vice Chancellor of IIUC Prof. KM Golam Mohiuddin,Chairman Board of Trustees ANM Samsul Islam ,Member of Parliament Prof. Dr. Abu Reza Mohammed Nizamuddin Nadovi, University teachers and other Senior officers attended the Namaj-e- Janaza. Later he was buried at the family graveyard in Satkania after the third Janaza.

His active role to establish the International Islamic University was memorable in future. They recalled for his outstanding Contribution for this University.
