Staff Reporter :The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) yesterday filed a case against four persons, including former State Minister for Housing and Public Works Alamgir Kabir, on charge of plot allotment at nominal price, sources said.ACC Deputy Director Jatan Kumar filed the case with Shahbagh Police Station.The three other officers of the ministry, who have been included in the FIR, are Azharul Haque, Mansur Alam and Atiar Rahman.In 2005, they allotted seven acre of land among the journalists in which the State suffered revenue loss of Tk 15 crore.
