The 32nd death anniversary of former Chief Justice Syed A. B. Mahmud Husain will be observed today. He died on August 1 in 1982 at the age of 65 years.
He was the Chief Justice of Bangladesh from 1975 to 1978.
To mark the day Chief Justice Syed A. B. Mahmud Husain Smrity Sangsad will hold a Doa Mahfil today in the High Court Mazar Mosque after Asr prayers. Friends, relatives and admirers are invited to attend the programme to pray for the salvation of the departed soul.
