The football talent hunt programme from grass root level will begin across the country today (Thursday).
The programme, jointly organised by Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) and National Sports Council (NSC), will be held in three phases.
The first phase will take place from July 28 to August 22 in 13 districts, the second phase is set to start on August 26 and continue till September 9 in 16 districts while the third and last phase is scheduled for September 16-30, also in 16 districts.
First Phase (July 28 to August 22): Meherpur, Chuadanga, Narayanganj, Rajbari, Gopalganj, Lakshmipur, Thakurgaon, Joypurhat, Panchagarh, Chapainawabganj, Gazipur, Shariatpur and Munshiganj.
Second phase (August 26 to September 9): Narail, Madaripur, Borguna, Jhenaidah, Feni, Nilphamari, Manikganj, Jamalpur, Pirojpur, Satkhira, Natore, Moulvibazar, Habiganj, Patuakhali, Chandpur and Sherpur.
Third phase (September 16 to 30): Cox’s Bazar, Khagrachhari, Jessore, Faridpur, Noakhali, Brahmanbaria, Kurigram, Rajshahi, Barisal, Khulna, Sunamganj, Mymensingh, Bogra, Dinajpur, Narsingdi and Kishoreganj.
