Police recovered floating body of a young man, who had drowned in the Jamuna at the hard point of the town protection embankment five days ago, from the river in Enayetpur area of sadar upazila on Wednesday morning.
Locals spotted the body of Shahriar Azad Orvin, 22, a resident of Rampura of Dhaka city, floating in the river in Enayetpur area in the morning and informed police, said Monirul Islam, officer- in-charge of Enayetpur Police Station. Later police recovered the body.
