A fisherman remained missing after a trawler capsized in the Bay of Bengal near Shamlapur Coast under Teknaf Upazila of the district on Saturday noon. The missing fisherman was identified as Abdul Mazid, 40.
Rahimullah, a boatman of the trawler owned by one Nurul Haque of Shamlapur area, said the trawler aboard five crews came under a storm and capsized, leaving Abdul Mazid missing, while the rest swam to the shore.
