The Metropolis First Division T20 Cricket, to be organised by Cricket Committee of Dhaka Metropolis (CCDM), will begin in the capital and adjoining areas tomorrow (Wednesday).Twenty teams, split into four groups, will take part in the tournament.On the opening day, Surjo Tarun Club will meet Talent Hunt CA at 10am while Cricket Coaching School (CCS) will encounter BKSP at 2pm, both at Dhanmondi Cricket Stadium. Participating teams are: Group A- Surjo Tarun Club, Cricket Coaching School (CCS), Agrani Bank Cricket Club, Bangladesh Krira Sikkha Protishthan (BKSP) and Talent Hunt Cricket Academy.Group B- City Club, Bangladesh Boys Club, Eskaton Sabui Sangha, Rapid Foundation and Azad Sporting Club.Group C- Young Cricketers, lndira Road KC, Magnum Cricketers, Dhanmondi Pragoti Sangha and Baridhara Dazzlers.Group D- Khelaghor Samai Kalyan Samity, Young Pegasus Club, Dhaka Wonderers Club, Orient Sporting Club and Uttara Sporting Club.The T20 matches will be held at Dhanmondi Cricket Stadium, BKSP and Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah.
