The devastating fire burnt in a house with artifacts worth taka 10 lakh. The fire was originated from an electric short circuit.
Locals and Fire Service sources said the fire was originated from an electric short circuit in the house of one Joynal Abedin of village Futanipara Panthabari under Rajarhat upazila in the district at 8.30pm on Saturday. The Fire Fighters with the help of local people brought the fire under control after frantic efforts of one hour.
