Bangladesh Bank Governor Dr Atiur Rahman on Saturday has stressed on innovative financial inclusion programme for attaining a vibrant economy.
The innovative financial inclusion programs taken by the Bangladesh Bank over the past few years have been strengthening the domestic economy. It also ensures the stability in the financial system of the country.
The governor said this while handing over commemoratory notes to Frank Elderson, Director and Board Member of De Nederlandsche Bank (Dutch Central Bank).
Atiur delivered lecture on ‘Financial Inclusion Leading to Financial Stability in Bangladesh’. BB Governor also gave an interview on the developmental central banking in Bangladesh, looking forward to global financial inclusion.
