Popular Tagore artiste Ferdousi Kakoli’s third solo album titled Robe Na Goponey is now available in the audio markets. Surer Mela released the album. Her earlier released two solo albums were: Dukkho Raat-er Raza (based on Tagore songs) and Eka Boshe Ashi (based on Poncho Kobi’s songs).
Noted litterateur and Chairman of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Rahat Khan, noted Tagore artistes Mita Haque and Roquaiya Hasina Neely unveiled cover of album at a programme held at Chhayanaut in the city recently.
There are 10 songs in the album. Title of the songs are: Aji bijon ghorey, Ebar aamai dakley durey, Tumi hothat hawai, Sondhya holo go maa, Choroney dhorite dio, Sraboner dharar moto, Tomai aamai milon, Chhaya ghonaichhey, etc.
On the occasion of Boishakh 25, Ferdousi Kakoli’s also rendered song in a mixed album titled Madhuri Bikashito which was released by Laser Vision.
