The Awami League youth front leader, Shahed Hossain Mamun, 34, is accused in at least 10 criminal cases, RAB said.Mamun and another front activist Mizanur Rahman, 25, were arrested on Friday morning.RAB-7 Feni camp director Maj Md Mozzamel Hossain said they recovered a 7.65mm pistol, a revolver of foreign-make, three rounds of ammunition, four swanky mobile phones and 200 pieces of contraband yaba tablets.Locals say, Mamun and Rahman are both influential Juba League activists. The youth front’s Feni unit Joint Convenor Sushen Chandran Shil said Mamun is a member of the convenor committee.RAB has accused the arrested in two cases for possessing illegal drugs and firearms.
