A female student named Tanzila Akter (16) was killed when a bus struck her in front of Babul Tower at Farmgate in the capital on Thursday.
Deceased Tanzila used to live at Nakhal Para area with her family. She passed Secondary School
Certificate (SSC) this year. Tejgoan Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mazharul Isalm said, a female student was killed by a passenger bus in front of Babul Tower at Farmgate. The police seized the bus and arrested the driver.
The dead body has been sent to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College (ShSMC) for autopsy. Police investigation is on.
