The Federation of Bangladesh University Teachers’ Association (FBUTA), a platform of teachers’ associations of country’s public universities, elected its 21-member executive committee, said a press release on Sunday.
Dhaka University Teachers’ Association (DUTA) president Professor Dr ASM Maksud Kamal was elected as the president of FBUTA while DUTA general secretary Professor DR Shibli Rubayat Ul Islam was elected as the secretary general for 2018-19session.
