FBCCI blood bank for dengue patients

Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FBCCI) on Sunday emphasized on necessary awareness and urged not to get panicked at the massive spreading of dengue cases across the country.
The apex body of the businessmen also set up a blood bank on its premises for dengue patients.
The FBCCI would also take necessary steps to import dengue virus testing kits and mosquito-repellent lotions for hospitals and clinics, if required.
They announced this during a discussion with its members at its Dhaka office on Sunday.
FBCCI President Sheikh Fazle Fahim inaugurated the blood bank activities. They also organised a discussion on awareness and prevention of dengue virus.
Speaking at the discussion, the FBCCI president said that if timely and proper treatment is ensured then 95 percent dengue patients can be cured.
