Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Ministry of Railway ABM Fazle Chairman Karim Chowdhury MP emphasised the need of fair mind and mentality of youth forces to build a nice society .
He said beside education, students should be more talents in sports and cultural activities.
He also said the society will be enlightened where the students and youth forces achieve this talented qualities.
He also recalled the desires of late Fazlul Kabir Chowodhury including other intellectuals of Raozan for building a collusion free society.
The local legislator disclosed it while addressing the inaugural ceremony of Fazlul Kabir Chowdhury Memorial Gold Cup Football Tournament at Raozan University College ground on Thursday as Chief Guest. Convenor of the Tournament Committee Ahsan Habib Chowdhdury presided over the opening session of the tournament.
Upazila Chairman Ehsanul Haider Chowdhury Babul. Upazila AL President Kamaluddin Ahmed, AC Land Junaid Kabir Sohag, Asstt. Police Super Abdullah al Masum, OC Kefayetullah, Panel Mayor Bashir Khan, Councilor Jamiruddin Parvez addressed it as special guests.
Among others, Principal of Raozan University College AKM Abdur Rashid, UP Chairmen Abdur Rahman Chowdhury, Abdul Jabbar Sohel, Jasimuddin Hero, Nazrul Islam Chowdhury, Councilor Alamgir Ali , Advocate Samir Dasgupta, Sumon Dey,Malcom Chakraborty were also present on the occasion.
In the opening match Faraz Karim Elevan faces Rangamati Kelowar Sangsad. Faraz Karim Eleven clinch victory beating Rangmati KelowarSangsad by 1-0 in tie breaker.
