Father chopped to death and two sons were injured by rivals over land dispute in Nandanpara village under Barthi union of Gournadi upazial in Barisal on Monday night.
The victim was Khadem Sardar, 56, and injured two sons were Aslam Sardar, 26, and Shah Alam Sardar, 22.
Among the injured two, Aslam sent to Barisal Sher -e- Bangla Medical College Hospital in critical condition and Shah Alam took treatment at Gournadi Upazila Health Complex.
Abul Kalam, Gournadi police station officer -in-charge said that police visiting the sport learnt that Khadem Sardar and his neighbours Nannu Member, Sentu Mridha have disputes over ownership of land properties.
