The farewell reception-2014 for the students of Department of Civil Engineering of Southern University, Chittagong will be held today (Saturday) at the auditorium of the Institute of Engineers of Bangladesh, Chittagong .
State Minister for Land Saifuzzaman Chowdhury Javed MP will grace the occasion as Chief Guest in it.
Prof. Mohammad Ali, Vice chancellor of SU , Chairman of CDA MA Salam, Founder of SU Sarwar Jahan, Prof. Sharifuzzaman, dean of Engineering faculty SU, Prof. Md. Mozzammel Hoque will attend it as special guests.
Chairman of SU Trust Alhaj Khalilur Rahman will inaugurate the farewell reception while the Dean of Faculty of Engineering will give welcome address in it, sources said.
