Directorate General of Family Planning (DGFP) has issued a notification for granting the force termination of the former Projectionalist of Information Education and Motivation Unit (IEM) Md Akhtaruzzaman Khan for violating code of conduct of the family planning department and public service. He was later transferred to Lakmipur district for performing his duty in the recent years.
On July 08 last, the said department had issued a notice against him for violating the misconduct and desertion code of conduct under public service rule. The claimed official deliberately did not answer the first show cause notice.
Later, On August 10 this year, the department formed a committee to investigate the claims against Akhtaruzzaman Khan. The committee, however, submitted all the documents of misconduct and desertion of the said projectionalist.
Meanwhile, the family planning department on August 26 this year sent the second notice against him to explain the misconduct and desertion activities, but he did not reply the office order.
However, the committee submitted its investigation report which proved the public service violation code of conduct. On the basis of the investigation report, the authority decided to allow his a force termination from the family planning department on November 04 last year.
Md Hemayet Hossain, Additional Secretary of the Family Planning Department signed the force termination letter on October 28 this year to ensure the exemplary punishment of the public official for violating the code of conduct.
The termination letter was also sent to the respective authorities concerned of the family planning department.
