A fake peer named Nezamuddin alias Nezam Mama has been arrested by Baizid Thana Police in the cty yesterday evening for alleged raping a teen aged girl .
He was arrested from Muktijudda Khanka of Arefin Nagar under Baizid thana . Fake peer hails from Fatehabad area under Hahazari thana and son of one Shahabuddin Chowdhury .
Officer -In-charge of Baizid thana Ataur Rahman Khondokar confirmed the arrest of the fake peer. Police sourcs said 10 days ago, one ten aged girl came over his Khanka for taking blessings and Tabis from Moheskhali of Coxsbazar district and the fake peer tactfully raped the girl in his room of the so-called Khanka.
The victim apprised the matter to her mother and according her mother alleged before the thana police. The victim immediately sent to Chattogram Medical College Hospital for treatment , hospital sources said.
