Earlier in different special days, popular singer Fahmida Nabi hosted with the attitude of gossiping. This time a programme has been made to focus on her hosting and for the first time she will be appeared on the screen in front the viewers as a host formally.
On April 8, Banglavision will start to telecast a new musical programme titled Surer Ayna at 5:45pm. Fahmida Nabi will host the programme which is produced by Tahmina Mukta. By this weekly programme viewers and fans of Fahmida Nabi will watch her on the screen with a new identity.
While sharing her feelings to host this programme Fahmida Nabi told this correspondent, “We sometimes while gossiping inside our residences in an informal discussion render song. After rendering the song we again engage with gossiping. Surer Ayna is that type of programme where while gossiping with the singers they will render songs. In fact, singers always try to entertain the listeners. I have enjoyed hosing and there is something exceptionality in the programme. I hope viewers will also enjoy watching the programme.”
Fahmida Nabi also informed that in first episode of Surer Ayna this Friday Samina Chowdhury and SI Tutul will be present as invited guests. Later in other episodes Hamin-Safin, Subir Nandi, Kiran Chandra Roy and his wife, Indramohan Rajbongshi and his wife, among others, will be present as guests.
Meanwhile, Fahmida Nabi and Shan’s a music video of a song titled Shadakalo has already become popular among the listeners on Youtube. Lata Achariya has made the video. On the other hand, under Rajon Saha’s music composition Fahmida’s another new music video titled Meghla Mon will be released soon. Chandan Chowdhury has made the video, she said.
Since 2007 Fahmida Nabi has also been engaged with her voice grooming institution, Karigar.
