Jhenaidah Correspondent :The carelessness and highhandedness of the college management ended the life of a female student, who dreamt of a bright future and to do something for the nation. On the one hand, when the family members are wailing, on the other hand, hundreds of students took to the street in protest and demanded justice saying: How does a school realise extra money from a HSC candidate ignoring the government warning?It is alleged that ignoring the government’s warning against realization of extra money from the HSC candidates, a number of colleges of Sailkupa Upazila in Jhenaidah district have been realizing extra fees from the schools for the practical examination. The amount was Tk 200 to Tk 800 as per departments.
