Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) arranged its 3rd exhibition of pets birds, Pigeons, poultries yesterday .
The Housing and Public Works Minister engineer Mussaraf Hossain yesterday inaugurated the program at the campus.
Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Association of Avian Veterinary, Chittagong Bird Breeds Association and Chittagong Feni Pijian Breeder Association jointly organised the exhibition fair. In exhibition fair, more than 300 of pets’ birds, 20 runner Pigeons and 30 high flying pigeons were exhibited.
Addressing at the inauguration ceremony as Chief Guest, the Housing and Public Works Minister engineer Mussaraf Hossain said, “Such exhibition should be a commendable initiative every year. Everyone will be inspired by this exhibition. The minister also said that due to technology, rice production is being increased and food of cow is not being produced rapidly . He urges the authority to concentrate on how to increase cow’s foods. VC of Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Dr. Gautam Buddha Das was also present and addressed at the program.
