Jatiya Party (JP) Chairman H.M. Ershad opined that Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmad is backboneless.
The Jatiya Party Chairman made the comment while addressing a programme organized by Dhaka Metropolitan (South) Jatiya Party unit at Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) in the capital on Tuesday afternoon.
He said that the CEC sought assistance of the Prime Minister to control ministers and members of the parliaments. He is failed to do his duties. Ershad also said that the upcoming municipality election is crucible for
Awami League. But, the situation seems that election will not be fair and Awami League will fail here.
Dhaka Metropolitan (South) Jatiya Party (JP) convener and also presidium member of the party Syed Abu Hossain Babla presided over the programme where other leaders of the party delivered their speeches.
