Energyprima Limited arranges the 8th Annual General Meeting at the company’s 50 MW Power Plant Project, Shahjibazar, Hobigonj on Sunday. Managing Director Moazzam Hossain, Director Shahadat Hossain, Company Secretary Md Asrafuzzaman and other shareholders and senior officials of the company were present. Kamaluddin Ahmed, shareholder of the company presided over. The company declared 17 percent final cash dividend for the period ended on June 30th, 2015.
