In celebrated filmmaker Khalid Mahmood Mithu directed movie Gohine Shobdo, film actor Emon and popular actress Kushum Shikder for the first time paired up for the acting. This movie got the Censor Board’s clearance on January 3, 2010 and after releasing it received appreciation from the viewers. After two years of release of this movie, Swapan Ahmed made a movie titled Lal Tip where Emon and Kushum again paired up. This movie got censor certificate on February 12 in 2012. After acting in these two movies, Emon and Kushum did not get any scope to work in the silver screen. This time they are coming in new way. On the occasion of coming Eid, BTV has made special Eid show titled Tarar Mela. Emon and Kushum will be seen to host this Eid special programme. In real life, both of them are very good friend. For this reason, while anchoring BTV’s Eid special Tarar Mela Emon and Kushum were very much excited because earlier they did not get the scope to host any show together. BTV authority is also delighted to get them as host of this Eid special show.
Emon and Kushum informed that film actor Omar Sani, villain Dipjol, film actress Bubly, singers Kona and Imran, TV actress Tanjin Tisha, among others, took part in different segments of this Eid Tarar Mela.
