Condition of noted elocutionist and General Secretary of Sammilito Sangskritike Jote Hasan Arif’s condition is critical now. He was on life support at Bangladesh Specialized Hospital on December 7 from which he recovered. Since January 4, he was under treatment at the ICU of the hospital. Unfortunately he suffered from a heart attack while in ICU. The news was posted on social media by noted cultural personality Nasir Uddin Yousuff. He wrote, “Hasan Arif is not well, he had a heart attack this morning at the ICU.” He then asked for prayers for Hasan Arif’s fast recovery. -Entertainment Desk
