Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) has confirmed reinstating the power supply of Sylhet Electricity Department’s Division 2 and 3 on Thursday evening
Power supply resumed in almost all areas of Sylhet city on Thursday evening around 7pm after being without electricity for more than 56 hours.
Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) has confirmed reinstating the power supply of Sylhet Electricity Department’s Division 2 and 3 on Thursday evening, said Saiful Hasan Chowdhury, director of BWDB.
“Now three of five divisions of the city are getting full electricity supply. Although over a lakh of people under the third and fourth division are still under darkness,” the official said.
