The vacation of Comilla University (CoU) was started from 25 September to be continued till 9 October to mark the Eid-ul-Azha. However, the administrative work was continued till 28 September.
The university authority fixed the vacation to mark the Eid-ul-Azha, the second biggest religious festival of the Muslims as well as to mark the Autumnal Durga Puja, the biggest annual festival of Hindus. All the academic and administrative works would be started on 12 October, said a press release issued by Md. Mujibur Rahman Mujumdar, the registrar of Comilla University.
