eGeneration Ltd., one of the leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies in Bangladesh and International Office Machines (IOM)leading communication technology companies and sole distributor of Toshiba, NEC, Zebra Technologies has recently signed an agreement which will allow eGeneration to provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to IOM.
eGeneration is providing CRM solution to IOM since 2005. Under the new agreement eGeneration will futher enhance the solutions and continue providingmaintenance and support servicesfor next three years tenure. CRM is a service that covers a broad set of activities designed to help businesses manage many of the following business processes: customer data, customer interaction, access business information and automate sales.
Shameem Ahsan, Chairman of eGeneration Group, SM Ashraful Islam ViceChairman of eGeneration Group, Rezaul Karim, Director of IOM and high officials of both the companies were present during the signing.
Shameem Ahsan said, “IOM has been one of our oldest clients, eGeneration started working with IOM back in 2005. The continuation of our agreement will enable us to provide our class leading services to IOM and create an opportunity to concentrate further on development of CRM solution”.
