Educational materials have been distributed among primary and secondary level students with the financial assistance of the Prime Minister’s Office to improve the living standards of the small ethnic groups living in the plains.
Kapasia Upazila Parishad Chairman and District Awami League Vice President Adv. Md. Amanat Hossain Khan distributed these items as the chief guest.
Organized by Bangladesh Rabidas Unnayan Parishad, Kapasia Branch, 10 bicycles, 80 educational materials and 5 houses have been provided to the students of the minority ethnic groups.
Kajal Rabidas, President of Kapasia Branch of Bangladesh Rabidas Unnayan Parishad, Nurul Amin Sikder, Joint General Secretary of Gazipur Journalists Union, Nure Alam Sumon, Member of Gazipur District Juba League Convening Committee, Nurul Islam Nuru, Leader of National Labor League were present on the occasion.
Chief Guest Adv. Md. Amanat Hossain Khan said that due to the visionary thinking of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Rabidas group is getting various supports nowadays.
