31 Shibirmen sued over RUET clash

RU Correspondent :Police filed a case against 31 Shibir members for their alleged involvement with Thursday’s unrest at Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET).Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Motihar Police Station Alamgir Hossain said SI Masud filed the case on Thursday night against the Shibir activists on charges of assaulting police and obstructing public activities.Ten of the accused have already been arrested, he said.Earlier, resident students of RUET vacated their dormitories in the morning complying with an order of the university...
