edotco BD introduces echo centre

edotco Bangladesh Co. Ltd., a telecoms Infrastructure company, has introduced a first of its kind echo Centre recently,says a press release.
Wan Zainal Adileen, Chief Marketing and Corporate Affairs Officer, edotco Group has inaugurated the centre at its head quarters in the city.
The echo centre would help the network operators to enhance inventory and operational efficiency.

echo enables real-time monitoring, control, remote data collection, alarm capabilities and allows pro-active problem resolution for all edotco’s passive infrastructure elements. It provides analytics and reports on access control, energy consumption, power systems and environment via web access and communicates with passive infrastructure alarms over SMS or email directly to NOC.
echo minimizes dependency on manual field operations and increases operational efficiency through proactive workforce scheduling and regional planning based on confirmed report generation, thus maximizes cost savings in terms of battery, energy and fuel consumption.
