Under the auspices of Kotwali Thana Awami League of city unit held a milad and doa mahfil at city party office premises on Saturday seeking early recovery of the President of City AL and former Mayor ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury who is under treatment in Quater .
Imam of Darul Fazal Market Masjid Moulana Fazle Ahmed conducted the doa mahfil and offered munajat for his early arrival in the country.
Among others, AL leaders FF Firoj Ahmed, councilor Jaharlal Hazari, FF commander Mozaffar Ahmed, delawar Hossain Khoka, Farid Mahmud, Mosiur Rahman Rokan, Hasan Mansur and others were present in the doa mahfil, party sources said.
