The construction work of Regional Duck Hatchery Project at a cost of TK 24 . 15 cr has been progressing fast and now 60 percent work has been completed.
According to official sources said, Department of Livestock took possession at Mazbari under Kotalipara Upazila in Gopalganj district on three acres of land in the years of 201-2016 for the construction work of the project.
MS. Farzak Khan, MS. Prince Enterprise, Master Engineering work including more than one construction companies took the responsibility for the construction work of duck hatchery under the supervision of Livestock Department, and the companies started the work from January, 2016 first week with an estimated cost of taka 24 crops 15 lacs.
Administration Bhaban, hatchery Bhaban, pump house, garage come training centre, dormitory Bhaban, lear shed, side improvement, boundary wall, brooder shed, electrification with etc were included the work.
When contracted to Dr. Ataur Rahman Chowdhury, District Livestock Officer, Gopalganj told this correspondent about 60 percent overall work of the project has already been completed.
