Dhaka University (DU) Inter-Hall Women Cricket Tournament 2016-17 began on Sunday at the University central playground, said a DU release.
DU Pro Vice Chancellor (Administration) Professor Dr M Akhtaruzzaman, also the president of sports board, inaugurated the tournament as the chief guest while the chairman of DU cricket committee professor M Hasibur Rashid presided the opening ceremony programme.
