Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Prof AAMS Arefin Siddique condoled the death of Prof G.K Chadha, president, South Asian University (SAU), New Delhi, India.
He also conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members and prayed for salvation of the departed soul.
Prof G.K Chadha, the Emeritus Professor and former Vice-chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, breathed his last on Saturday morning.
In his 40 years career, Prof Chadha has written 16 books along with crediting 98 research papers in national and international journals on various development issues relating to India and other developing countries of Asia, notably South-
Asia, Indonesia and China.
