The authority of Dhaka University (DU) will bring out a victory rally on the campus tomorrow (Sunday) as part of the Victory Day celebration programme.
The rally will begin from Aparajeya Bangla at 11 am. DU Vice-Chancellor Professor Md Akhtaruzzaman will lead the rally, a university press release said.
The rally will end at Swadhinata Chattar in the historic Suhrawardy Udyan
following a musical function where the Music Department of the university will perform the “Muktir Gaan” and “Bijoyer Gaan”.
The academic and administrative activities of the university will remain closed from 10.30 am to 12 pm on that day, the release added.
