Diploma Course in Tax Management (DTM) has been introduced at Banking and Insurance Department of Dhaka University (DU) on Wednesday in cooperation with Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Bangladesh.
Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique inaugurated the course as the chief guest at a function at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban.

He urged the diploma students to act as social ambassadors to create tax awareness among the people.
He also hoped that this diploma program could help harness the tax culture among the people and the organizations that are required to pay proper taxes.
