The leaders of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL), student wing of ruling Awami League, declared Mahmudur Rahman Manna persona-non-grata to Dhaka University campus.
They also directed all the leaders and activists of the party to reject him in all educational institutions
across the country. They said this at a rally held at the Aparajeo Bangla on the Dhaka University campus protesting the conspiracy to kill the DU students for bringing down the government.
BCL President HM Badiuzzaman Sohag presided over the rally while its General Secretary Siddique Nazmul Alam moderated it.
Badiuzzaman Sohag said, BNP-Jamaat alliance is killing general people by blasting petrol bomb to establish the ideology of IS (Islamic state) fundamentalist.
