Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet as a divisional center, has held the admission test for the first year of graduation of the ‘A’ unit of Dhaka University. The attendance rate was 77.34 percent, said Sylhet Divisional Coordinator of Unit ‘A’, Professor of Mathematics, SUST Dr Md. Rashed Talukder. He confirmed the matter on Friday (October 1) afternoon.
Professor Rashed Talukder said that the total number of students applying for Sylhet Division in Unit A was 3,305. 2,557 students were present and 749 were absent in the admission test of this unit. So far no allegations of fraud have been found.
The examination was held at 7 centers on the campus of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology as Sylhet Divisional Center.
