Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal and Sylhet divisions in next 24 hours as of 9 am today.
Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country while Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said a met bulletin here on Saturday.
Trough of westerly low lies over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and adjoining areas, the bulletin also said, adding that seasonal low lies over South Bay.
The maximum temperature was recorded 36.4 degrees celsius on Friday in Rajshahi and Saturday’s minimum temperature 19.5 degrees celsius at Rajarhat in Rangpur division.
