Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country which would be valid for the next twenty-four hours commencing from 9am.
Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the country during midnight till morning, said a met office press release here on Friday.
Mild cold wave is sweeping over the regions of Rajshahi, Pabna, Naogaon, Kurigram, Nilphamari, Jashore and Chuadanga and it may spread.
Night temperature may fall slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
Country’s maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded at 29.8 degree Celsius at Teknaf and lowest temperature yesterday was recorded at 07.9 degree Celsius at Chuadanga.
