The Drama Club of International Hope School Bangladesh (IHSB) Uttara Primary Section organized an hour long Drama Show which was held in its Main Auditorium recently at 6 pm.
Among the invitees were the chief guest, Mochosharothi Ataur Rahman, renowned actor, director and writer, the special guests-Jabed Ahmed, Additional Secretary, Secondary and Higher Education Division, Ms. Bonna Mirza, renowned actress, Mr. Yasar Savran, the chairman of IHSB, Ms, Roksana Zarin, the principal of IHSB, and our ever-supportive parents and students.
Children of Heaven, which is based on Majiid Majidi’s Oscar nominated movie with the same name, is a wonderful story about a family doing their best to pull together in spite of great financial difficulties.
This fascinating narration which is set in contemporary Iran with universal appeal has been directed by Ms. Runa Kanchan, the Drama Club instructor, who has been greatly inspired by the movie and has worked tirelessly alongside the dedicated performers of the drama club to present us with this captivating play.
