Doctor Rubayat Islam has been awarded George Harrison Award-2016 for his outstanding contribution to the medical care at a discussion meeting on “Foreign friends contribution to achieve independence of Bangladesh” at a city auditorium recently in Dhaka, says a press release.
Golam Kader, Chairperson of Freelance Journalist Association of Bangladesh presided over the discussion meeting where Dr MA Rahim, Professor of Maymensign agriculture University as chief guest and Professor Dr Golam Samdany Fakir, Vice chancellor of Green University as chief Discussants were present.
