Md Fayekuzzaman, Additional Secretary of Finance Ministry, Moinul Islam, Director, Md Iftikhar-Uz-Zaman, Independent Director and Md Abdul Awal, Managing Director of the Company were also present in the program. The AGM approved 30 percent cash dividend for the Shareholders.
