Dr. Abul Kalam Azad, Director General of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI), addressing at a two day-long training course on ”Plant Responses to Abritic Stress: Physiological Mechanisms” for the young scientists of BARI from the project of ”Physiological mechanism related to water and heat stress tolerance (BR1-C/17)” supported by The Krishi Gobeshona Foundation (KGF) at its conference room on Monday. Dr. Md. Lutfar Rahman, Director (ORC), Dr.Tapan Kumar Paul, Director (TCRC), Nasmin Ara, Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Imrul Mosaddek Ahmed, Senior Scientific Officer and Principal Investigator of the project were also present.
