Three legendary performers – Dolly Zahur, Syed Hasan Imam and Ferdousi Mazumder – came into a common frame recently.
Under the direction of Rahmatullah Tuhin they are acting in a TV serial titled Kshonikaloy, which is being telecast on Maasranga TV now. While taking part in shooting of the serial these three actors came into a common frame by its director Rahmatullah Tuhin.
These three actors worked in many plays and movies separately. But for the first time, they are acting together in a TV serial.
While sharing his feelings in this regard noted actor Syed Hasan Imam told this correspondent, “As a director, Rahmatullah Tuhin is a talented play director. He knows how to give freedom and relaxation to the actors while taking part in shooting of any play or serial and receive works from them. Therefore, I have enjoyed working with Dolly Zahur and Ferdousi Mazumder.”
Ferdousi Mazumder shared her feelings by this way, “I like Tuhin for his works. Now-a-days, I act very little bit in the small screen. But I couldn’t refuse the request of Tuhin to act in this serial.”
“The family of Kshonikaloy is like my own family. For this reason, as an actress for being a part of this family I feel really proud. I always satisfy to work with Ferdousi Apa or Hasan Bhai because they are very respectable performers in our media,” Dolly Zahur said this while sharing her feelings.
On the other hand, Syed Hasan Imam last acted in role of grandfather of Bappi Chowdhury in Safi Uddin Safi’s movie Honeymoon. According to his opinion, he has been passing 62 years of his acting career now.
It may be mentioned that Syed Hasan Imam’s first confirmed film was Ali Mansur’s Janajani. Sultana Zaman acted against him in the film. But shooting of his first acted film was Mohiuddin’s Raza Elo Shohorey. Chitra Sinha was his co-actor in the movie.
His acted first released film was Salauddin’s Dharapat. Sujata was his heroine in the film.
